Course on Quality Health Management System

A six-day Quality Management in Health Systems short course was held at JPGSPH from June 29 to July 04, 2013 to strengthen the health system through enhanced quality of services and their effective and efficient management. The overarching goal of the Quality Management in Health Systems course was to provide health professionals with the knowledge, tools and skills in improving and sustaining quality in healthcare services and systems. Total 31 health professionals from Public and Private attended the course.
Mr. Kai Stietenroth, GIZ Health Progamme Manager, Yemen and Sylvia Sax, Public Health Scientist and Consultant, Lecturer, University of Heidelberg, Medical School with Professor Malabika Sarker and Dr. Tajul Islam , Consultant JICA, facilitated the sessions. 

Training of Trainers
The course followed by a two-day (July 8-9) Training of Trainers for Health System Strengthening with the same participants from the course with some additional JPGSPH staff . A total 17 participants attended the ToT.
